Purchase of a warehouse with installation Valcartier forest site
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Natural Resources Canada is seeking a contractor for the supply, delivery and installation of a prefabricated warehouse at the Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier forest site.
WORK DESCRIPTION
The contractor shall provide an all-season prefabricated warehouse, deliver it, unload it and proceed with the complete installation of the warehouse, as well as its commissioning.
The contractor must prepare the ground and must pour a reinforced concrete slab on-site.
SITE VISIT / BIDDERS CONFERENCE
There will be no site visit. It’s the bidders’ responsibility to obtain all the information relating to the conditions that may affect the performance of the work.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS REGARDING BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
In order to respond to this bid solicitation, bidders must submit their bids electronically using the Canada Post Corporation (CPC) Connect service. Please refer to SI06 - SUBMISSION OF BID for more information.
Bids in hard copy (delivered in person or by mail or courier) or transmitted by facsimile will not be accepted in this bid solicitation.
MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
-The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid. -The Bidder shall meet all of the mandatory requirements listed in BA08 of the bid solicitation.
PERIOD OF WORK
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within fourteen (14) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
