While pricing details and estimated contract value remain unspecified in the solicitation, invoicing must be submitted exclusively through Wide Area WorkFlow, and the government retains sole discretion to determine whether future orders will be competitively sourced. Offerors must comply with all representations related to Unique Entity Identifier, CAGE Code disclosure, and socioeconomic status as verified in SAM, and failure to meet any clause may result in disqualification.
