The SHA is expecting to meet the dates: Post RFP: October 8, 2026 Last day for INQUIRIES - October 26, 2026 Last day for ADDENDA - October 28, 2026 Closing Date - November 2, 2026 Evaluation/Recommendation to Award - Week of November 2, 2026
The Saskatchewan Health Authority (the ‘SHA’) intends to purchase a new cooling tower for the RGH as per Equipment Schedule (SKM-01) and layout (SKM-02) sketches in attached file titled “RGH- CHILLED WATER UPGRADES - PHASE 3 - COOLING TOWERS - EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE & DWGS” in a pre-purchase methodology (1 cooling tower). This new tower is intended to replace the existing CT-1 to 4 while retaining cooling towers CT-5 and CT-6, and will be novated into an installing contractor’s contract at a later date (April 2027 expected tender/award, post 2027 cooling season installation).
