Region 4 and Oakridge ADA Ramps

The Oregon Department of Transportation is soliciting proposals for a Work Order Contract under an existing Price Agreement for full-service architectural and engineering services to remediate approximately 90 curb ramps. This project, identified as Region 4 and Oakridge ADA Ramps, aims to satisfy a 15-year settlement agreement to improve state highway accessibility. Eligible bidders must be current Price Agreement holders and submit their proposals via OregonBuys by September 16, 2026. The selection process is based on a scoring system totaling 240 possible points, evaluating key staff experience, technical approach, project samples, and proposal clarity, with potential additional points from interviews. Awarded consultants must adhere to Oregon state laws, including specific sexual harassment policies and non-discrimination standards. The contract requires strict compliance with a Consultant Quality Plan and the use of approved traffic control and pedestrian access route plans for field work. Payment will be handled through electronic invoicing in accordance with ODOT requirements, and the project is identified in the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program as Key No. 23956.
