Professional Design Services for Fire Station 16

The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners (herein after referred to as the ¿County¿) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from GDOT Prequalified Consultants to provide Professional Services for Civil Engineering Design Services as further described and stated in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Interested Consultants shall employ a minimum of 50% of the personnel providing professional services during the term of this agreement with Bulloch County and must also appear on the GDOT Prequalification List for providing services in the listed area classes, no later than the deadline for receipt of all submissions. The deadline for receipt of all submissions is 2:00 PM EDT, Friday, Sept. 25, 2026, where each will be recorded as received. Interested Consultants shall file all documents necessary to support its submittal, as prescribed.
A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package may be requested from Bulloch County at procurementeng@bullochcounty.net or by going to the Bulloch County procurement website: https://bullochcounty.net/bid-opportunities/, or by going to the Georgia Procurement Registry website: https://doas.ga.gov/state-purchasing/georgia-procurement-registry-local-governments/gpr-overview.
Revisions to any part of this RFQ will be posted to the beforementioned websites. Interested consultants are responsible for checking the aforementioned procurement websites periodically for any revisions posted during the public advertisement period. Interested consultants are reminded to acknowledge receipt of all amendments, addenda, and changes issued in connection with this RFQ by including a signed copy of each acknowledgement form along with the sealed proposal. Failure to provide the before described acknowledgement form shall result in the submitted proposal being found nonresponsive and therefore not considered for this RFQ advertisement.
