The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of 2V Absolyte 90G13 Batteries or Equivalent as detailed herein at Annex A. Goods are to be provided as required during the period of the Standing Offer in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions detailed in the tender document.
The period of the Standing Offer will be three (3) years from date of issuance of the Standing Offer, with two (2) additional extension periods of one (1) year each.
This procurement is subject to the Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (CLCA). This procurement is reserved for beneficiaries of the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement (CLCA): Tsawwassen First Nation Agreement under Chapter 7 – Access.
One Standing Offer will be issued as a result of this RFSO

Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
