The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Military Department (Procuring Agency) will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 26, 2024 for Regional Overhead Door Major Maintenance, Repairs and Replacement across the State of Wyoming. Project Description: Providing major maintenance, repair and replacement of the overhead garage doors at locations throughout the State. This IFB No. 24-0430 is being released in conjunction with IFB No. 0298-J that is being published through the Public Purchase online bidding system with the DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND INFORMATION, PROCUREMENT SECTION’s website. A separate IFB is being released for preventive maintenance services, and separately for major maintenance, major repairs and replacement services due to Wyoming Statutes defined in W.S. 16-6-101(a)(v), W.S. 21-15-109(a)(iii), W.S.9-2-3001(a)(ii), W.S. 16-6-101(a)(v), and W.S. 9-2-3204(a)(iii)(A).
