NRCan is seeking bidders to propose a regional research manager, based in the east coast (Nova Scotia or Newfoundland and Labrador) to: • Provide expert scientific advice to the ESRF Management Board in support of the Board’s review and selection of ESRF-funded studies and selection of research priority areas. • Collaborate with the ESRF Secretariat in providing expert scientific advice as requested by the ESRF Management Board, on the scientific development of projects being funded by the ESRF. • Work with the ESRF East Coast Advisory Committee (ECAC) to identify potential research priority areas. • Collaborate with the ESRF Secretariat to promote knowledge dissemination of ESRF projects. Note: This service requirement is for an estimated 60 days per year, for one year. Up to five additional, optional years, at the same level of effort of 60 days per year, may be awarded.
