The City of Altamonte Springs desires to secure the services of a qualified Florida licensed, certified General Contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and incidentals to perform the restoration of the Press Building exterior as described in the contract documents.
The Work for the renovation of the Press Building building includes, but shall not be limited to, repair of selected columns as indicated in the plans, installation of a new, elevated roof over the truck bay, increasing the width of the two roll-up doors on the north and south sides of the building, installation of a new man door, replacement of damaged metal siding, preparing, priming and painting the exterior of the building.
*************** Site Visit: The Work will be performed at a secured location and it is encouraged, but not mandatory, that the Bidder attends the Site Visitation meeting at 10 am on Monday, July 22, 2024. Location:
