This will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Repair contract for the repair of the Regulated Transformer Rectifier Unit (RTRU). This will be a Basic Contract Period plus One (1) Ordering Period. Authority for requirements is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
