Regulation 44 visits and reports

Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a provider for Regulation 44 visits and reports to ensure that care standards within its residential settings meet the requirements of Regulation 44 (2) of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015. The scope of work includes all current in-house residential settings, including semi-independent provision and specialist short-term support, with one additional residential setting expected to be added in Summer 2027. The contract is estimated to be valued at 120,000 GBP excluding VAT, with a primary performance period from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2029, and a possible extension through March 31, 2030.
