Regulatory Compliance and Documentation Support

The contract entails the preparation and submission of critical regulatory documentation including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), hazard labels, and shipping manifests to ensure compliance with federal transportation and safety standards. This work supports the secure handling and shipment of regulated materials by aligning all documentation with applicable federal requirements and industry best practices. Additionally, the subcontractor is responsible for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity protocols in accordance with NIST SP 800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012, specifically to safeguard controlled unclassified information and to establish processes for timely reporting of cyber incidents affecting covered contractor information systems. All activities must be conducted to meet the stringent criteria imposed by the Department of Defense through the Defense Logistics Agency, with performance tied to full adherence to federal cybersecurity and hazardous materials compliance standards.
