Government of Georgia (GoG) has received a grant from the Government of the United States through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) toward the cost of the Improved Infrastructure, Economic Opportunities, and Support for Internally Displaced Persons, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant for Rehabilitation Works of Sanitary Upgrades, Household Water Supply and Drainage for 4 IDP (Internally Displaced Persons) Cottage Settlements in ShidaKartli Region (villages: Berbuki, Metekhi, Skra and Khurvaleti). The Project areas are located in East Georgia, namely: 1) CS in village Berbuki - ShidaKartli Region, Gori Municipality, Village Berbuki - 95km West from Tbilisi, access to the site is possible via Tbilisi-Senaki motor way. 2) CS in village Metekhi - ShidaKartli Region, Kaspi Municipality, Village Metekhi - 80 km, West from Tbilisi; access to the site is possible via Tbilisi-Senaki motor way. 3) CS in village Skra - ShidaKartli Region, Gori Municipality, Village Skra - 105 km, West from Tbilisi; access to the site is possible via Tbilisi-Senaki motor way. 4) CS in village Khurvaleti - ShidaKartliRegion,Gori Municipality, Village Khurvaleti - 70 km, West from Tbilisi; access to the site is possible via Tbilisi-Senaki motor way Project aims improvement of infrastructure ofIDP (Internally Displaced Persons) cottagesettlements. The proposed works include following: Main works for village Berbuki The project for BerbukiSettlement (number of cottages - 134) envisages following works: � Provide Kitchen with water and arrangement of water meter node. � Hot water supply. � Sewage water removal from buildings. � Wastewater treatment in grease trap that are installed in each yard; � Arrangement of wastewater street networks � Gas powered heater installation works. � Gas stoves installation works Main works for village Metekhi: The project for MetekhiSettlement (number of cottages - 35) envisages: � Provision of kitchen with water from shower facility and arrange water meter node in shower facility. Main works for village Skra: The project for Skra Settlement (number of cottages - 86) envisages: � Provide Kitchen with water and arrangement of water meter node. � Hot water supply. � Sewage water removal from buildings. � Wastewater treatment in grease trap that are installed in each yard; � Arrangement of Wastewater street networks � Gas powered heater installation works. � Gas stoves installation works � Gas connection works Main works for village Khurvaleti : The project for KhurvaletiSettlement (number of cottages - 139) envisages: � Provide Kitchen with water and arrangement of water meter node. � Hot water supply. � Kitchen cooker installation � Gas powered heater installation works. � Gas stoves installation works � Gas connection works Gas connection works All Works must be completed within 3 (Three) months after Start Date. Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (MDF) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders listed in USAID Geographic Code 937, as defined by USAID source and nationality regulations 22 C.F.R.
