Inspection and acceptance occur at the destination point under FAR 52.246-2, with compliance enforced across packaging, labeling, and technical specifications. The contract requires electronic submission through DIBBS by August 6, 2026, and all invoices must be processed via WAWF. Contractors must maintain active UEI and CAGE codes, declare small business status, and comply with representations regarding covered defense telecommunications equipment. Payment is governed by DoDAAC codes, and accelerated payments to small business subcontractors are mandated. The contract incorporates numerous FAR and DFARS clauses with deviations, including safeguards for contractor information systems, prohibition of internal confidentiality agreements, and clauses governing changes, subcontracting, and unenforceable obligations.
