Full Description

Amendment 0003, dated 22 Sep 2017, revises Attachment 01 by updating the SOW and adding a specification. All other terms and conditions, attachments, and exhibits remain unchanged. RFIs are also being uploaded. The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, Glynco, GA (FLETC) has a requirement for the relocation of one (1) modular building identified as Building 752 as a 100% small business set-aside. The building is approximately 27.3' x 48' in size, constructed of wood framing with metal siding, and high rib, steel roofs. The building is to be moved from its current location on the FLETC campus and reconstructed at its proposed new location on the campus. IMPORTANT: In order to view the solicitation, drawings, and specifications, prospective offerors must complete and return the attached NDA (Attachment 11). In order to attend the site visit, prospective offerors must return the security day pass application (Exhibit B). The Government intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price contract from this solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204. A site visit is scheduled for September 19, 2017 at 2:00 PM. Please report to the Commercial Gate on Vogel Road with 2 forms of ID, and once cleared for access report to Building 200. You must submit FLETC Form SEM-17Z for all attendees, no later than Wednesday, September 12, 2017 at noon. Please see Section H.29 for additional site access requirements. Quotation submissions shall be signed by a duly authorized official of the Offeror's company and are required no later than 04:00 PM eastern time on September 26, 2017.
