This solicitation is for remodeling of the Gym/Fitness room at the U.S.Tri Mission Marine House in Vienna Austria
The work includes but is not limited to the following tasks – all as specified in the attached Statement of Work:
Demolition
- Temporary plasterboard dust wall with door.
- Demolition of partition walls (10cm), incl. wall coverings, 2 wooden doors+ doorframes and 1 wooden cabinet, electrical installation and equipment, incl. removal and disposal.
- Demolition, removal and disposal of the existing wall- and floor tiles and in the bathroom, existing sanitary items and equipment in the bathroom, including pipes, and the PVC flooring incl. glue.
- Removal of 4 existing ceiling lights.
Refurbishment
- Walls and ceiling: plaster, level, clean, prime, paint to cover, incl. 16m2 floor covering material.
- Floor: Clean, grind and level the floor; New PVC flooring in the demolition area.
- Delivery and assembly of 6 new ceiling lights in new position, Including switch, wiring, and integration into the existing system.
- Final cleaning
