The City of Tampa is seeking qualified contractors to provide services for the removal of inoperative vehicles, boats, trailers, and other conveyances. These services will be performed at the direction of the Neighborhood Enhancement Division and other authorized law enforcement agencies, in accordance with Chapter 19 of the City of Tampa Code. For the purposes of this bid, an inoperative vehicle is defined as any vehicle that is in a state of disrepair, incapable of operating under its own power, or does not meet the legal requirements for operation on public roadways, including proper registration and display of a valid license plate.
