THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The work consists of providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform the project entitled Remove Abandoned Boats at Gateway Marina, Jamaica Bay Unit of Gateway National Recreation Area, Brooklyn, New York. The majority of the work consists of disposing of abandoned boats at the marina properly and in accordance with Federal and/or New York city department regulations. The period of performance is approximately 60 days. This is currently being set-aside for Small Business concerns. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposals, using NAICS Code 488390, Other Support Activities for Water Transportation ($38.5M). Site visit information, if applicable, will be in the posted solicitation. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about March 19, 2017 and will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (http://www.fbo.gov).
