Classified under NAICS code 238160 and set aside exclusively for small business concerns, the requirement involves providing all supervision, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work in compliance with the attached Statement of Work and building drawings. The roofing project encompasses approximately 4,832 square feet and must adhere to federal, state, and local codes, OSHA safety standards, environmental regulations, and the Davis-Bacon Act wage determinations. Strict compliance with security processing, federal labor laws, environmental safety, and Government property accountability requirements will be enforced, alongside mandatory training on sexual assault and harassment prevention for contractor personnel. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the job site in Jackson, KY, with the Government retaining rights to inspect and require remediation of nonconforming work.
