18 CONS/LGCC, Unit 5199 APO, AP 96368-5199, is anticipating to solicit below project. Job Descriptions: Project No. LXEZ 14-1232: The work shall consist of but not limited to, providing all tools, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and transportation in performing all work necessary to remove and disposed of old spray booth. Work includes removal and disposal of entire equipment including attached accessories and utilities. Asbestos Material, Lead Base Paint sampling, testing, abatement and disposal. Repair and cleaning of affected surface areas and utilities to remain. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the SAP contract. The principal features of works include, but not limited to the following: - a. Provide scaffolding, temporary protection cover around spray booth system. - b. Asbestos and Lead Base Paint sampling, testing and abatement. Abatement for unidentified materials shall be included as option in the proposal cost estimates, with any unused amount to be returned to the government. - c. Disassemble spray booth system including its accessories and utility. - d. Removal and disposal of disassembled Spray booth equipment parts to Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO). - e. Repair walls, floors, ceiling, utilities and other structures affected. - f. Removal of scaffolding and protection cover including cleaning of affected area. *****The anticipated solicitation release date is 28 Jul 2014.
