This project is to construct sloped concrete sides around an existing raised pedestal for a static F-15 heritage aircraft display. In addition to the pedestal, the contractor will demolish and remove the traffic island located in front of the West Gate guard shack, repair the underlying irrigation, and repave the area. The final surface will be smooth and seamless.

Request for Quote (RFQ) details are provided on the attached solicitation. This requirement is being solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Review the RFQ solicitation instructions for quote submission criteria. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to the following email addresses: jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil; justin.scales.1@us.af.mil
A site visit is tentatively scheduled for Thursday 25 June at 0900 PDT. The designated rally point will be the west gate visitor parking lot. Parking space is limited therefore carpooling is strongly advised. To be granted base access, Offerors must complete Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) Prequalification and submit a base access form. Complete all fields under the CONTRACTOR/VENDOR/VISITOR INFORMATION section consisting of attendee names, citizenship, and DBIDS code (6-digit code). The base access form must be provided 5 business days before the site visit. Refer to Attachment, Base Access Request for additional instructions.
Questions will be accepted until seven days prior to solicitation response deadline. The site visit is not mandatory but strongly recommended. Offerors are responsible for verifying conditions at the project site.
As required by 15 U.S.C. § 644(w), implemented by RFO FAR 36.101-4, the following information is provided to interested small businesses:
