1. OBJET DU CONTRAT 1.1 L’OMHM procède à un appel d’offres public pour remplacement de portes et fenêtres, accès extérieurs, GMR et point de chute du PER Habitations de Bellechasse 6001,6060 et 6061 29e avenue Montréal, QC H1T 3G9 (Arrondissement Rosemont - La Petite – Patrie). 1.2 Le projet consiste à réaliser tous les travaux conformément aux documents contractuels. Sans s’y limiter, la portée des travaux consiste au remplacement des portes de balcon, des portes extérieures, des fenêtres et des encadrements en aluminium, à la réfection partielle de la maçonnerie des murs extérieurs et au rehaussement d’une section des murs de fondation. Il inclue aussi l’aménagement d’un local et d’une toilette pour le PER, au réaménagement des halls et vestibules, à la climatisation des locaux de recyclage et de composte et des locaux de chute à déchets, à l’ajout de contrôle de sécurité sur certaines portes, à la réfection de l’aménagement extérieur, au nivellement du sol et tous travaux mécaniques et électriques connexes. 1.3 Les travaux seront réalisés dans un lot de trois bâtiments.
