This notice, posted on June 8, 2026, with a response deadline of June 17, 2026, is not a solicitation and does not obligate the government to award a contract. Interested parties may submit written responses for market research purposes by 5:00 p.m. ET on the deadline date, but oral communications are not permitted. The agency will consider only those responses that demonstrate the capability to meet the specific requirements, though no formal solicitation package is available and the government assumes no responsibility for preparation costs.
