***PLEASE CONTACT KELCEY COLE WITH ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS OR SUBMIT CAPABILITIES TO contact@example.gov *** NASA/MSFC has a requirement for the hardware maintenance of the ImaGen and iHawk rack mount systems plus peripheral devices and NightStar software maintenance in support of the avionics system testing and development within the Integrated Avionics Test Facilities (IATF) which includes the System Integration Labs (SIL), the Software Development Facilities (SDF), and the System Integration Test Facilities (SITF). These labs perform the integration and testing of the avionics systems and flight software for the new launch vehicles. Concurrent Real-Time provides the ImaGen and iHawk systems with their proprietary RedHawk Linux real-time operating system as well as the certification for these systems. Because of the complexity of the real-time computing, the systems running the real-time operating system must be certified by the provider of the systems. All peripheral input/output (I/O) devices and their associated driver software must be certified by the real-time operation system vendor. Concurrent Real-Time's proprietary RedHawk Linux real-time operating system is the real-time operating system currently used throughout the IATF labs. They guarantee the real-time performance of these systems and the peripheral I/O hardware meets the IATF's specific requirements. Concurrent Real-Time maintains the systems and peripheral I/O devices to these standards. They are the only vendor that can provide the maintenance for the iHawk and ImaGen systems, NightStar software, and the peripheral I/O devices. The compatibility and functionality of the Concurrent Real-Time servers and systems with the other hardware and equipment used in the IATF labs is well-established and must be maintained. NASA/MSFC intends to procure this hardware and software maintenance from Concurrent Real-Time Inc on a sole source basis. The Government intends to acquire this commercial item using FAR Part 12. All contractual and technical questions must be in writing e-mail to Kelcey Cole at contact@example.gov no later than February 27, 2020 by 12:00 P.M. CST. Telephone questions shall not be accepted. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact (contact@example.gov) no later than March 02, 2020 by 4:00 p.m. CST. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/pub_library/Omb.html . ***PLEASE CONTACT KELCEY COLE WITH ANY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS OR TO SUBMIT CAPABILITIES TO contact@example.gov ***

The scope of work includes day-to-day preventive maintenance, comprehensive technical assessments of vessel systems and cybersecurity protections, and shipyard maintenance involving scheduled dry-docking and structural repairs. All work must adhere to strict maritime standards, including American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), MARPOL, and SOLAS regulations. Interested respondents must submit a maximum 15-page response by October 30, 2026, detailing their company overview, technical capabilities, operational plans, risk management strategies, and a Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimate. This RFI is issued pursuant to FAR Part 10 and Executive Order 14271 to determine the availability of cost-effective commercial solutions; it does not constitute a formal solicitation or a commitment to award a contract.
