The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt to inform you of the planned work requirement for:


Renewal of the heating system-FWP 1228.01-GO-DPO


A detailed description of the work requirement (SOW) is attached.


This requirement mandates that all vendors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Germany. It is essential to ensure compliance with all German regulations and legalities to operate successfully in the country.


If hiring subcontractors, offerors must also show that all subcontractors have obtained authorization to operate in Germany.  Please pay attention to a crucial requirement outlined in the DOSAR 652.242-73.
