Les documents de soumission peuvent être obtenus à partir du système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) à l’adresse https://seao.gouv.qc.ca. L’obtention des documents est sujette à la tarification de cet organisme. 2. Les soumissions dans des enveloppes cachetées portant la mention du devis seront reçues au bureau du greffier sis au 205, avenue de la Cathédrale, case postale 710, Rimouski (Québec) G5L 7C7, au plus tard à 15 h le jour de l’ouverture des soumissions. 3. La Ville de Rimouski acceptera également les soumissions transmises par voie électronique et ce, uniquement par l’intermédiaire du système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO), selon les modalités déterminées par ce dernier. 4. Ce projet fait l’objet d’une demande d’aide financière dans le cadre du programme TECQ 2024-2028. 5. Les soumissions devront être accompagnées, notamment, du/des document(s) suivant(s) : 5.1 Un cautionnement ou un chèque visé par une institution financière fait à l’ordre de la Ville de Rimouski, pour un montant égal à dix pour cent (10%) du montant total de la soumission, valable pour soixante (60) jours; 5.2 Une déclaration du soumissionnaire dûment complétée et signée (attestation d’intégrité); 5.3 Si requis, une lettre d’intention d’une compagnie dûment autorisée garantissant qu’elle s’engage à fournir les documents suivants : a) garantie d’exécution de 50 % du montant total de la soumission; b) garantie de paiement de la main-d’œuvre et des matériaux de 50 % du montant total de la soumission. 5.4 Une attestation de conformité fiscale. 6.
