Based on the responses to this Request for Information/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions.

Description:



The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey has a requirement to renovate the common areas of the Single Soldier Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) at Building 209, Fort Hamilton, NY. The work consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the renovation.



Services include, but are not limited to, the following:



  • Removal and Disposal: Removal of existing cove base, blinds, drapery, an air conditioner, and shower curtains.
  • Furnishing and Installation: Installation of new blackout shades, cove base, a 4-ton split unit air conditioner, shower curtains, and a urinal.
  • Repairs and Finishing: Repairing all window screens, re-pointing mortar joints, and performing extensive surface preparation and painting of walls, ceilings, and doors.
  • Equipment Delivery: Purchase and delivery of specified water source heat pumps.
