Solicitation number FA309926Q0021 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, 8 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Please submit the names of all attendees to Mr. Tyler Adamich and SSgt Arthur Johnson via email at tyler.adamich.1@us.af.mil and arthur.johnson.9@us.af.mil no later than 2:30 p.m. CDT on Friday, September 4, 2026. This information must be provided in advance, to ensure access to the site. Upon receipt of names and attendees, details will be provided on the meeting location and how to gain access.


Questions will not be answered during the site visit. All questions regarding the solicitation and/or site visit must be submitted via email no later than 4:30 p.m. CDT on Monday September 14, 2025, in order to allow time for possible Government response.


This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220 and the applicable small business size standard is $45.0M. Any interested party may download a copy of the solicitation from this website once it has been released.


Copies of the solicitation are not available for mailing. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.


Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.


Funds are not presently available for this effort. The Government's obligation under this task order is strictly contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this purchase order.
