The property is vacant for renovation. The contractor will be responsible for completing work on architectural items, and mechanical and electrical systems, finishing work and other repairs, including but not limited to: Architectural:Completing the architectural work including wall assemblies, door hardware and accessories, interior glazing, cabinetry and millwork, stairs guardrails and handrails, and flooring and finishes. Re-sloping the exterior concrete slab. Supplying and installing all appliances. Electrical: Completing the electrical work, including the power and auxiliaries’ systems, lighting and life safety plans. Mechanical: Carry out all mechanical and plumbing work, including upgrades to and reconfiguration of the existing hot water heating system; installation of a new cooling system and heat recovery ventilator (HRV); and completion of the sanitary sewage system.This is a public solicitation issued through BC Bid.
