SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS ONLY A SURVEY OF THE MARKET TO DETERMINE IF THERE ARE POTENTIAL CONTRACTORS THAT CAN SATISFY THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to set aside an acquisition for HUBZone concerns, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSB) or Small Business Concerns. The estimated value of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 236210. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $33.5 million. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The solicitation in its entirety and any amendments will be available at no charge online at http://www.fbo.gov under the above solicitation number. This project is to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary for the renovation of building 48 located at USCG Sector Key West, Florida. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. Work includes but is not limited to: Addition of a new formal covered walkway; demolition of existing restrooms, supply offices and storage area; construct new bathroom/locker facility, supply offices, training room with audio visual capabilities; renovate A/C system, plumbing fixtures, electric water heater, drinking fountains and interior lighting; modify existing freight elevator shaft and install a new 2500 capacity personnel elevator. At the present time, this acquisition is expected to be issued as a Small Business set aside.
