As per the terms and conditions of the Open Construction Source List (QU26SLVR), you are invited to submit a bid for the following project: DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HAAVA80_86837 – Renovation of the Dubé Block Apartments, CHFA Valcartier (Qc) The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the interior renovation of the Dubé housing units, as well as the basements and stairwells of Buildings 1 to 24 at CFB Valcartier. The work includes, among other things, demolition, hazardous materials abatement, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work, as well as exterior work including parking lot rehabilitation and the installation of new underground infrastructure. A site visit will be held on the following date, time, and location. Date: June 29, 2026 Time: 10:00 a.m., local time Location: Building 72, Rue de la Victoire, Courcelette, QC G0A 4Z0, Canada The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $ 4,670,000.00 The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 415 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
