Rental and Servicing of Portable Restrooms for Large-Scale Events

The City of St. Augustine hosts several large-scale public events each year that attract significant numbers of residents and visitors, including Light-Up! Night, Nights of Lights, and Fireworks Over the Matanzas. The City may also provide portable sanitation equipment and services in support of other community events, including the Regatta of Lights. Due to the size, duration, and attendance of these events, clean, accessible, and properly maintained portable sanitation facilities are essential to protecting public health and providing a positive experience for residents and visitors. The City is seeking to establish a multi-year agreement with a qualified Contractor that has the equipment, personnel, service vehicles, and operational capacity necessary to provide reliable portable sanitation services at multiple locations throughout the City. The selected Contractor must be capable of meeting strict delivery, servicing, and pickup schedules while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
