RENTAL OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR ACTIVITIES

This is a request for information to determine the availability of a contractor or contractors to provide heavy equipment rental to Customs and Border Protection supporting the Southwest Border in Maintenance and Repair activities. There are nine sectors that make up the south west border, consisting of California going east to Texas. The equipment will be required to be available within 48 hours notice of the types and quantities required. Each piece of equipment will be required for at a minimum of one (1) month rental at a time. Please provide the following documents to establish your companies availability to meet the requirements: 1.) Company capabilities statement including business classification 2.) Complete the attached excel spreadsheet with pricing information 3.) Any past performance relevant to this requirement The intent is to potentially establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement to meet this requirement. Set aside information has not been decided.
