A Pre-solicitation meeting has been scheduled for the above commodity on 03/25/2025. The purpose of this meeting is to review the solicitation for the commodity listed above to ensure a successful bid, best product and to maximize competition. Your participation will assist us in revising bid terms and/or specifications, if needed, prior to bid opening to meet this goal.
The exchange of information among buyers and sellers is necessary so vendors can understand City requirements and the city can obtain industry advice on current standards, new technology, commercial equivalents and new products and product lines.
