Repair Academy Fences

The United States Coast Guard Academy is seeking a firm-fixed-price contract under solicitation 70Z03926QCGA00036 for the repair, reset, and replacement of damaged fence components at its facility in New London, Connecticut. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to address deficiencies in the perimeter fence, U-Lot, track fence, and tennis courts, specifically including the replacement of 12-foot posts at the tennis courts. Required tasks involve replacing damaged chain link, rails, bracing, tension wire, and barbed wire, as well as excavating failed concrete footings and installing new galvanized posts. All work must be performed according to manufacturer recommendations, industry standards, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements, with the goal of ensuring all sections are plumb, stable, and fully functional.
