Anaheim also boasts world-class meeting and entertainment venues with: The Anaheim Convention Center, LEED-certified and the largest convention center on the West Coast; Honda Center; City National Grove of Anaheim; Anaheim Garden Walk; Angel Stadium; and Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC). Annually, Anaheim welcomes more than 20 million visitors to the city, truly making it a destination where the world comes to live, work, and play. The City of Anaheim invites bids from qualified contractors holding a valid D34 (Prefabricated Equipment) or D27 (Movable Partition, Pre-Finished Wallboard, Prefabricated Screens) license to provide as-needed repair and maintenance services for Directional Partitions/Air Walls. All services provided by Contractor shall be performed by a sufficient number of skilled, trained, licensed and experienced service technicians. All work shall be performed in accordance with the project specifications and all applicable industry standards for each trade, ensuring the highest quality workmanship appropriate to the scope of work, and completed within the required timeframes. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary resources at their own expense, including but not limited to labor, training, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, chemicals, supplies, and any other items required to perform high-quality maintenance and repair services in accordance with the terms defined herein. The City anticipates awarding agreements to two bidders; however, it reserves the right to make no award, a single award, or multiple awards if deemed in the best interest of the City. The Anaheim Convention Center retains sole discretion to assign individual jobs to any awarded vendor, as deemed most advantageous to the City
