Description: This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is unrestricted. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4600-13-T-0017is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. We will accept GSA pricing and any associated discounts. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The business size standard is $7M. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: CLIN 0001 Repair Case Loader Model # (CASE 821E) 1 Lot Repair damage to case loader IAW attached (Performance of Work Statement). See attached 3 images (Attachment 1). Contractors must be CASE certified in order to perform maintenance on CASE products. Quotes should include all labor charges for the repair at Offutt AFB, NE, 68113-2107. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https:www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/database) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to WWW.SAM.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
