The project involves the comprehensive design and construction of a modernized community recreation facility at Building 45 in San Diego, California, aimed at replacing outdated infrastructure and enhancing the customer experience across key areas including the ITT Center, Library, Gaming area, Brewhouse, food storage, meeting rooms, offices, and restrooms.
