The work to be performed consists of the removal of a non-essential low point drain from a three (3) inch condensate line and the replacement and addition of seismic bracing of the condensate line. Contractor shall furnish all tools, qualified labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to replace and support repairs to the condensate line. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with all Federal, State, Local Regulations and the guidelines to include but not limited to the following:
