Full Description

Scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following: 1] Install new cross main and branch line piping's complete with fittings, pipe support/hanger, brackets and all required accessories to comply with the seismic requirement as per NFPA code, 2] Repair roof overhang, install pre-fabricated cantilevered aluminum awnings at main entrances and window, restoration of disturbed BUR and acoustical ceiling, and painting woks.
