The contract FA309926Q0007 is a small business set-aside for the design-build replacement of approximately 2,500 linear feet of chain-link security fencing around the Refueling Parking Area at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. The contractor is responsible for full 100% design, ready for construction, and complete installation of the fence system including gates, bollards, ADA-compliant personnel access, sidewalk, signage, electrical conduit, and automatic gate motor repair or replacement, all in strict compliance with UFC 4-022-03, UFC 1-200-01, UFC 3-120-01, and Laughlin AFB-specific facility standards. The work must be performed on an active airfield under stringent security protocols requiring base access passes, Personal Identity Verification (PIV), antiterrorism and OPSEC training, and compliance with all installation access control procedures including submission of Entry Authority Lists and proper credentialing.
