Full Description

The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Repair of Fitness Center and Construct of the Fitness Center Pool at Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to conduct all repairs or maintenance requirements throughout, Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints. The Request for Proposal will be available on or about 15 May 2018. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 15 June 2018. The Performance Period for this project is three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open to small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award. (See internet site: sam.gov). All responsible sources must submit an offer good through 31 December 2018, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
