Demolition of existing window type A/C units. Temporary A/C unit installation and uninstallation. Plate installation and painting(RF protection). New inverter split type A/C units' installation c/w drainage piping, installation and piping and testing. Electrical wiring and connection between power panel and new split A/C units c/w circuit breaker, conduit cable, disconnect switch. Provide and install Modem and wiring to phone from A/C unit. All kind of penetration shall be protected from Radio Frequency(RF). All prospective offerors must be in the CCR and submit a DUNS number as well. The intended award is anticipated to be a firm-fixed price type contract. The formal solicitation is expected to be released on or about 18 August 2009. Proposal will be due 14 days after the site visit. ATTENTION POTENTIAL OFFERORS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD OF THIS SOLICITATION.
