This notice is to identify all prospective offerors within the Republic of Turkey in submitting proposals for the upcoming solicitation for SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: Provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, and transportation to and from job site to Repair HVAC System Base Operations Tower Complex Facility 526 (Project No. LJYC 09-1016) in accordance with (IAW) attached Specifications and Drawings. The US Government intends on awarding a firm-fixed price type contract. Magnitude of this solicitation is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Anticipated issue date for the solicitation is within 30 days after issuance of this notice and can be accessed at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring the website for the release of the solicitation package and updated information. This notice does not obligate the US Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the US Government in its acquisition approach, nor does it obligate the US Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. ATTENTION POTENTIAL OFFERORS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING ELIGIBILITY FOR AWARD OF THIS SOLICITATION.
