Full Description
Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and material necessary to complete the kitchen renovations as identified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and, if awarded, the option item(s) for the repair of the interior finishes to the 2nd Deck Corridor 233 Bathrooms, 2nd Deck Corridor 234 Bathrooms, 1st Deck Corridor Bathrooms, and the 1st Floor Room 108 & Corridor 147 Carpet. See attached Statement of Work. It is anticipated that this procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and a small business size standard of $45.0 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on 06/04/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil. Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c of the SF1442 and pricing are completed before emailing.
