Synopsis Repair (Consolidate) LRS Admin Facility FBNV 090037A Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, plant, labor, parts, material and equipment to perform all operations necessary in connection with design build project Repair (Consolidate) LRS Admin Facility FBNV 090037A. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following items. Demolition of windows, doors and Hardware, walls, ceilings; new plumbing fixtures and restroom accessories; new cabinetry, sinks and countertops; all new interior finishes, signage and other specialties, new HVAC system, new interior and exterior lighting and power; new communication and fire alarm/mass notification system; limited site work; and minor repairs. The estimated project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. A preproposal conference date will be included in the solicitation. The resultant contract shall be a firm fixed price (FFP). This acquisition is being solicited as 8(a) Competitive Limited to Arizona 8(a) firms or firms with a bona-fide office in Arizona. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 236220 with a small business size standard of $33,500,000. The successful contractor will be selected using Past Performance Trade Off procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the Government.
