The DISO will cover heating, refrigeration and air conditioning systems repair, maintenance and replacement.The period of the Standing Offer will be from the date of award until March 31, 2023 (basic year) with the possibility to extend the Standing Offer for three (3) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.The total estimated budget for the SOs will be $75,000.00 for the basic year, from the date of award until March 31, 2023 and $150,000.00 per additional one (1) year period for a total of $525,000.00 (Goods and Services tax or Harmonized sales tax not included).Site Visit:It is recommended that firms intending to submit an offer for this project visit the work site. A site visit will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 10:00am local time at the London Research and Development Centre, located at 1391 Sandford St., London, Ontario N5V 4T3. Participants to the visit will be requested to sign an attendance form. Participants shall present themselves ten minutes before the visit scheduled start time. Please refer to article 2.6 of the RFSO for more information.Attendance to this visit is NOT MANDATORY but Firms that do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment, although they will not be precluded from submitting an offer.
