The Naval Air systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement for the repair and modification or update of DoN LAIRCM test assets, inclusive of the respective shipping containers associated with these assets. The test assets include: control Indicator Units, Signal Processors, Infrared-Missile Warning Sensors, Advanced Threat Warning Sensors, Guardian Laser Tracker Assemblies and Multi-Purpose End-to-End Optical Laser Stimulators. This effort is being awarded on a sole source basis under NAVAIR basic ordering agreement N00019-10-G-0004 to Northrup Grumman Systems Corporation, electronic Systems Sector, Land and Self Protection Systems Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
