Repair of the C-130 Pressure Altimeter NSN 6610-01-212-6464

The contract is a Firm Fixed Price, multi-year acquisition with a base year and nine one-year options for the repair of the C-130 Pressure Altimeter, identified by NSN 6610-01-212-6464. It is a total small business set-aside under FAR 19.5, restricted to small businesses as defined by NAICS code 336413, and excludes foreign contractor participation at both prime and subcontractor levels unless authorized by a National Interest Determination. The work must be performed at S Coffeyville, Oklahoma, with all repaired items delivered according to a negotiated schedule, with priority given to Joint Chiefs of Staff surge backorders and MICAPs. The contractor is responsible for disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, reassembly, testing, and finishing to return each unit to a serviceable condition in full compliance with applicable technical orders, OEM procedures, and standards listed in Appendix B of the Performance Work Statement. The delivery of 100% of end-items on schedule is mandatory, and each unit must be inspected and approved prior to shipment. The contractor must establish and maintain a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015, with performance measured by a maximum 3% annual rate of Material, Supply, or Product Quality Deficiency Reports. All repaired items must pass OEM specifications verified through Special Test Equipment final acceptance testing, and any non-conforming components must be replaced at the contractor’s expense. Quality acceptance is performed by the Defense Contract Management Agency at the repair site, and all documentation must be retained for the life of the contract.
