Technical requirements include compliance with ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100 quality standards and ANSI/NCSL Z540 or ISO-10012-1 calibration standards. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1 and ASTM D3951-18, with marking following MIL-STD-129. Administrative requirements include electronic invoicing through Wide Area Workflow and compliance with various FAR and DFARS clauses, including Buy American and cybersecurity reporting.
